Non-smoking inside: smoking is allowed on the terrace only, leaving no cigarette butts and respecting safety and the neighbours.
No parties or events.

Cancellation terms

Cancellation (stays under 28 nights, full payment at booking): full refund if cancelled within 24 h of confirmation, for bookings made at least 7 days before arrival; after that, 50% of the nightly amount refunded if cancelled at least 7 days before arrival, no nightly refund under 7 days. Cleaning and the tourist tax for nights not stayed are refunded when cancelling before arrival. Deadlines are measured from check-in time, 12:00 pm Paris time on the arrival day (check-out by 10:00 am). Subject to applicable law. Payments are currently in test mode: no real card is charged.
